We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Officers that just LOVE assisting customers. Working with a team of professionals, you will be handling queries face to face from the general public. You will be responsible for processing and working through queries whilst providing the highest levels of service at all times.
The work locations will vary, and rosters will run between Monday – Sunday and split between Day and Night shift.
This role is casual ad-hoc and is project driven.
To be considered for the role we are looking for you to have the following experience:
Face to face customer service experience
Be neatly presented
The ability to communicate effectively - Multi-Lingual is a bonus
The ability to deal with high volume numbers of queries & work well under pressure
MUST have reliable transport
Be flexible with start and finish times
A great "can do" attitude
Thinking on your feet
You will also require:
Smart business attire (White shirt, black trousers, black comfortable shoes, and a hi-visibility vest)
A smartphone or tablet with mobile data to log data, and clock in for your shifts.
